Crew Board was founded in 2021 by a team of former tradespeople and labor organizers who saw a growing problem: the best workers in America were being funneled into gig platforms that offered no health insurance, no retirement plans, and no job security.
We built Crew Board to flip that script. Every employer on our platform is verified for compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and benefit requirements. If they do not offer real benefits, they do not get listed.

We audit employer safety records before they can list jobs. OSHA compliance, incident history, and PPE policies are all reviewed. Your safety is not optional — it’s the price of admission.
